Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Austria and many countries across Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@customera-studio.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Austria: 2–4 business days
- Germany & neighboring countries: 3–5 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
